Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer support team. Upon cancellation:

Service Continuity

You will continue to have access to all premium features until the end of your current billing period.

Plan Downgrade

After your subscription period ends, your account will automatically be downgraded to our free plan with limited features.

No Auto-Renewal

Your subscription will not automatically renew for the next billing cycle.

Important Note

When you cancel your subscription, you will retain full access to all premium features until your current subscription period ends. After this date, your account will be automatically converted to our free plan.

Refund Policy

Our refund policy varies based on the subscription type and circumstances:

Monthly Subscriptions

For monthly subscriptions, we generally do not provide refunds for partial months. When you cancel, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing cycle.

Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscriptions, we may provide a prorated refund if you cancel within 30 days of your initial purchase or the most recent renewal date. After 30 days, no refunds will be issued for the remaining subscription period.

Exceptional Circumstances
