We use data to operate rental discovery, show relevant listings or tenants, enforce plan limits, manage listing and profile status, enable messaging, provide support, prevent abuse, and improve reliability across the web app and PWA experience.
Likes, passes, matches, conversations, and listing responses are used to keep feeds clean and to decide when a tenant, owner, or broker should be shown in the app. Matched conversations remain available in Messages according to app behavior and account status.
Subscription checkout and recurring billing are handled through third-party payment infrastructure. Turm does not store card numbers or full payment credentials. We may store subscription status, billing identifiers, renewal dates, and payment event metadata required to manage Pro access.
We use cookies and local device identifiers for OTP sessions, authentication, app security, and keeping you signed in. These are required for the core product experience and should not be disabled if you want to use the signed-in app.
We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers needed to run Turm, comply with law, process payments, deliver OTPs, host media, or protect users and the platform. We use access controls and secure media delivery to reduce unnecessary exposure.
