Simple rules for a cleaner rental marketplace.
These terms explain the core expectations for using Turm. They are written to keep tenant, owner, and broker interactions accurate, respectful, and easy to manage.
Paid subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. Subscriptions are non-refundable. Cancelling renewal keeps current paid access available until the active plan end date.
Listings marked rented out, disabled, or inactive may be hidden from discovery. Tenant profiles marked inactive or already found may also be hidden from feeds.
Messages are intended for rental conversations. Misleading information, spam, abusive behavior, or attempts to bypass platform safeguards may result in account restriction.
Payments are processed through third-party payment infrastructure. Turm does not store card details. Taxes, fees, and payment availability may vary by provider and configuration.
